Cassidy Lobaugh
FOUNDERHi, I’m Cassidy Lobaugh. Owner of Lobaugh Properties.
I have a background in real estate and Hospitality.
I currently own and operate multiple residences and multiple bnb vacation rentals as well as a transportation service and an event venue on Grand Lake. I’m an entrepreneur who enjoys starting a business, implementing processes and branding. And marketing. I raised my family in Northwest Arkansas and recently moved to Rosemary Beach Florida.
I understand what it takes to own and operate multiple residences.
Darin Gomke
FOUNDERHi, I'm Darin! I am the lead contractor and project manager for Lobaugh Properties.
My wife, Kelli, and our son live in Rogers Arkansas.
As a Rogers native, I started in construction from a young age, learning from the best: my father. I am a people person who enjoys bringing projects to life. I am detail-oriented with specialties in management, woodworking, tile installation, and remodels.
My objective is to learn something new every day. In my free time I enjoy coaching travel ball and fishing with my son.
Grant Koch
FOUNDERMy name is Grant Koch and I am an Accountant/Office Manager for Lobaugh Properties.
Born and raised in Fayetteville, I spent three years playing collegiate baseball at the University of Arkansas as a catcher before being drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates. I spent seven years in their organization, making my Major Leaguedebut in May 2024.
My experience behind the plate shaped my ability to lead, communicate effectively, and help others perform at their best. I take pride in building trust and enjoy building lasting relationships with people of all backgrounds.
I have been married to my wife, Josie, for three years. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, fly fishing, traveling to new places, and spending time with friends and family.
Taber Ritchie
FOUNDERHello, my name is Taber and we are so happy you're here! I handle all things marketing and creative for Lobaugh Properties.
I graduated from Oklahoma State with a degree in strategic communications. My background is in event planning, fashion, and hospitality. I enjoy meeting new people, bringing new ideas to the table, and especially serving and providing for clients in any realm of my business ventures.
I am a mom of one under one and a wife to my husband Chris. In our free time you can find us outside, at the lake, or traveling to see our loved ones.
I enjoy hard work and love a challenge. I am always working to be better and love learning new things.
